Yes yes yes.. I've been lost in the bloggie world for so long!!! Previously I was 'sick' with all the job hunting and interviews session.. I've went to many many interviews and I think I did all of them pretty well but the result was.. ENDLESS WAITING! The most ridiculous one was Public Bank. They asked me to wait for 2-3 weeks and I actually waited like a fool! In the end, I beh tahan d, I called and asked.. Well, they already turned down my application but i THINK they forgot to send me the notification email. WTF!!
So.. a lot more of interviews went on after PBB.. Some are with the agents, which I don't like it at all cos one of these agents conned me! She told me that there was this job available at PETSHOP and the pay is pretty attractive. At 1st, I rejected the application cos PETSHOP had so no relation with accounts and what I've studied. But since I was jobless at that point and eager to get one, I decided to give it a try. I called back the agent, arranged the interview time and date and went for the interview.
The greatest part of all, it is NOT a petshop, it is actually a PET HOSPITAL where sick dogs and cats are admitted. OK, fine. Then the worst part is.. the salary is TOTALLY different with what the agent told me. BLOODY HELL! When I said different, I really meant it. Not different by 100 or 200 but even more than that. Grrrrhhh.. I was so speechless that I do not know what to say. I knew I was getting that job but well, I don't want it cos I was some sort like kena CONNED! =(
So throughout the whole job hunting period, mummy was very sweet to me. She was helping me to search for jobs as well but her sweetness sometimes was overdosed.. cos when she was so aggressive, in a way, I felt pressured. I knew she was just trying to help but on the other hand, I cant stop feeling 'pressure' from her help. Anyway, with her help and her friend's recommendation, I've finally got a job.
The job that I'm having now is OK lor. I do not have much passion in it as in I do not really LOVE my job lah. But I'm ok with it. The people there are all averagely good. But at the same time, there are bad people too. I've learn all these on the 1st day of my work. Scary! I do not like working life cos it has ENDLESS OFFICE POLITIC.. *shivering* But that's the REALITY! Unchangeable!
